Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and formulate appropriate diagnostic impressions.

• Developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual client goals, taking into account their unique circumstances and preferences.

• Providing individual, couples, and group counseling sessions utilizing therapeutic techniques grounded in best practices, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Engaging collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, participating in case conferences to ensure holistic client care that addresses multiple facets of client well-being.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA and other relevant ethical standards, ensuring all documentation reflects treatment progress and assessments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and mood disorders. Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in New Jersey.
