Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify clients’ concerns and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions employing evidence-based methodologies tailored to each client’s unique needs, such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care.

• Engage in ongoing communication and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to provide cohesive support.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of therapy trends and best practices through regular training sessions and professional development opportunities.

• Document detailed and confidential records in adherence to ethical and legal standards while ensuring the security of client information.

• Provide timely crisis intervention to clients in distress, employing assessment and safety planning techniques to ensure their immediate well-being.

• Participate in program development discussions and contribute innovative ideas aimed at enhancing therapeutic offerings.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of Oregon.

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in providing counseling services to individuals, couples, and families is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The full-time Licensed Mental Health Counselor role at Grow Psychotherapy Center offers an annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 .
