Corporate Paralegal

Providing support across international corporate matters and U.S. litigation, the part-time to full-time Corporate Paralegal - International will manage entity formations, maintain corporate records, and coordinate with outside counsel while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage international corporate formations, registrations, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions Coordinate with outside counsel and internal stakeholders on entity-related matters and ongoing compliance requirements Support U.S. litigation by managing matter files, deadlines, and document collection efforts Required qualifications 5+ years of corporate paralegal experience, preferably in a global technology company or corporate law practice Demonstrated experience with international entity formation and corporate governance Strong understanding of corporate records and compliance processes Experience supporting U.S. commercial litigation, including discovery and case management Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred
