Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments via telehealth, utilizing evidence-based modalities to develop tailored treatment plans that closely align with client needs.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other recognized practices, enabling clients to navigate their mental health journeys successfully.

• Participate in a multidisciplinary treatment team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to coordinate and enhance the care provided to clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active and valid professional license in mental health counseling (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R, Psychoanalyst, or Psychologist) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, supplemented with performance bonuses.
