Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of clients’ mental health needs, developing tailored treatment plans that align with their individual goals and aspirations.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services through individual sessions, group therapies, and family interventions, utilizing a range of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including case managers and psychiatrists, to coordinate care plans that offer holistic support and enhance treatment outcomes for clients.

• Effectively respond to crisis situations, offering immediate support and intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health distress or emergencies.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives and educational programs aimed at promoting mental health awareness, reducing stigma, and fostering community resilience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our center serves a diverse population comprising children, adolescents, adults, and families from various cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds. You will have the opportunity to work with individuals facing a wide array of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Understanding and addressing unique cultural perspectives will be vital to your role in enhancing client engagement and outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Completion of a master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity to serve a diverse client population effectively.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, ensuring thorough documentation and compliance with treatment protocols.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience delivering therapy within a community mental health setting or similar environment, with familiarity in addressing a variety of mental health disorders.

• Previous involvement in crisis intervention and support, particularly in high-stress situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
