Key Responsibilities\n

As a licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health challenges, using standardized tools and your clinical judgment to form insightful diagnoses.

• Develop tailored treatment plans aligning with each client's unique needs and therapeutic goals, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide individualized therapy sessions, either remotely or in person, and regularly monitor client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as needed.

• Offer teletherapy services to clients preferring virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility and broadening our reach to those facing challenges in attending in-person appointments.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, reflecting our dedication to professional integrity.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to remain current with best practices and emerging therapies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population ranges from children and adolescents to adults, each facing various mental health challenges including anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. You will be expected to establish trusting relationships with clients, fostering a safe space where they can freely explore their feelings and work towards healing.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain therapeutic alliances with clients, focusing on empathetic and non-judgmental interactions.

• Effective organizational and time-management abilities to handle caseloads efficiently and meet documentation requirements.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, contingent upon your experience and caseload managed.
