Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' mental health needs, tailoring approaches based on individual capabilities and behaviors through methods such as interviews and direct observation.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans addressing a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, end-of-life concerns, addiction, chronic pain, and interpersonal relationships.

• Facilitate psychotherapy groups daily for patients enrolled in our hospice program, ensuring that sessions are impactful, inclusive, and conducive to healing.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, providing insights and recommendations to enhance the emotional and psychological well-being of our patients through an integrated approach to care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with patients experiencing various psychiatric conditions, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, thought disorders, and personality disorders, especially in the context of hospice care. This role necessitates an understanding of the complex emotional and psychological challenges that arise at the end of life, allowing you to provide specialized support that greatly impacts patients' quality of life during their final stages.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (LCSW certification).

Compensation and Benefits\n
