About the Role The Junior Sous Chef is an integral leader in the culinary team and reports to the Restaurant Executive Chef. This position requires dynamic leadership, a passion for developing talent, and a focus on establishing and maintaining the highest standards of culinary excellence. In addition to managing the day‑to‑day activities of the kitchen, the Junior Sous Chef plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of menu items and maintaining consistency in taste and presentation. What You Will Do Demonstrate solid leadership that motivates, inspires and is in line with our Four Seasons culture of The Golden Rule. Lead culinary teams to ensure superior quality and consistency in preparation of all food items. Collaborate closely with the culinary team to innovate and refine dishes, ensuring that guests’ expectations are consistently exceeded. Support creativity among culinary team members, and mentor the next generation of culinary talent. What Will You Bring Culinary degree or qualified experience, with 3–5 years in a leadership role at a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate with other areas and positively engage with colleagues and guests. Strong time‑management skills and ability to lead a team in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to use technology as needed for the job. What We Offer Excellent training and development opportunities.
