Work Environment\n This full-time position operates within a hybrid remote framework, allowing for flexibility in work location while ensuring accessibility for our patients. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM; however, some scheduling flexibility may be necessary based on patient requirements. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive outpatient setting, ensuring comprehensive and coordinated care for our clients. Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify individual patient needs and craft customized treatment plans aimed at fostering their personal growth and recovery. \n Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individuals, couples, and families using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy. \n Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that address prevalent mental health issues, fostering community support and patient connection. \n Engage in collaborative efforts with psychiatrists, other counselors, and healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care. \n Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support and stabilization during mental health emergencies. \n Educate patients about their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and local community resources to minimize barriers to care. \n Maintain precise and confidential documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans while adhering to legal and ethical standards. \n Actively contribute to team consultations, case review meetings, and professional development activities to foster collective growth and knowledge-sharing. \n Stay informed on the latest mental health research and clinical advancements to continually enhance the quality of care provided to patients. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Your primary focus will be on a diverse population comprising children, adolescents, adults, and families seeking support for varying degrees of mental health challenges. By developing personalized treatment approaches respecting individual differences and cultural backgrounds, you will play a crucial role in enhancing real-world outcomes for those you serve. Qualifications\n \n A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required. \n Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in Illinois is necessary to practice in this role. \n Proficient knowledge of mental health disorders, therapeutic techniques, and treatment strategies is essential for effective patient support. \n Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive mental health evaluations and formulate reliable treatment plans. \n Experience in providing therapy to diverse populations through both individual and group modalities. \n Strong interpersonal and communication skills are vital for building rapport with clients and collaborating with team members. \n Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and Microsoft applications. \n A collaborative spirit, coupled with a commitment to upholding ethical boundaries and professional conduct. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Experience in an outpatient psychiatric setting is highly desirable, providing you with familiarity in addressing a variety of mental health issues. \n Participation in continuing education workshops or specialized training programs relevant to current mental health practices is preferred. \n Compensation and Benefits\n The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, contingent upon experience and qualifications.
