Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health and substance use statuses to accurately diagnose and recommend appropriate interventions.
• Craft individualized treatment plans that outline specific therapy goals and strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs and circumstances.
• Provide high-quality individual therapy sessions using a variety of modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.
• Engage in teletherapy sessions to ensure accessibility for clients experiencing mobility or other limitations, fostering inclusivity in mental health care.
• Monitor client progress consistently, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on their evolving needs and therapeutic response.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy sessions, adhering to ethical standards and legal obligations to ensure a high level of client confidentiality and care.
• Commit to ongoing professional development through training, workshops, and peer consultations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with individuals seeking help for mental health challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. This role demands sensitivity and responsiveness, as many clients may be in vulnerable states. By fostering a safe and supportive treatment environment, you will enable clients to confront their challenges and work towards meaningful recovery.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field; a Master's or Doctoral degree preferred.
• Proficiency in therapeutic modalities and a sincere commitment to client-centered care.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage responsibly and empathetically.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities to handle diverse client caseloads effectively.

Preferred Experience

We highly value candidates with previous experience in therapeutic settings, particularly those who have worked in detox centers or with substance use recovery. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote counseling practices will also enhance your candidacy. Any additional certifications in specialized therapeutic approaches or trauma-informed care are advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
