This role is primarily remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your home, while also providing the flexibility to meet clients in an outpatient office setting when necessary. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to gauge clients' mental health concerns and design tailored treatment plans aimed at promoting overall well-being.

• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address the unique needs of each client.

• Work collaboratively with clients to establish measurable therapeutic goals and regularly evaluate progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Offer teletherapy services to accommodate clients who may face barriers to in-person visits, ensuring continuity of care.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of client progress and therapeutic interventions in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including workshops and peer consultation sessions to keep abreast of emerging best practices in mental health counseling.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
