Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and their families to establish a comprehensive understanding of their needs.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions, both one-on-one and with families, utilizing evidence-based techniques customized to each patient's specific circumstances and goals.

• Effectively manage clinical documentation, including billing, treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, ensuring completion within established timelines.

• Develop and implement crisis intervention plans, safety plans, and relapse prevention strategies to support clients in maintaining stable functioning throughout their treatment journey.

• Create thorough discharge plans that facilitate a successful transition for clients moving forward.

• Adhere to all federal and state regulations, ensuring compliance with NEHS policies and procedures.
\n
• Engage in continuous professional development through training and educational opportunities to maintain a high level of competence.

• Participate actively in case consultations and agency meetings, contributing insights and reviews of client progress.

• Complete all mandatory training and maintain up-to-date licensure and credentials.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field is required.

• Must be a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Oregon, holding credentials such as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and licensure.
