• Execute focused, individualized speech therapy interventions aimed at enhancing communication abilities, fluency, voice, and swallowing functions.
• Engage collaboratively with physical therapists, occupational therapists, physicians, nurses, families, and caregivers to devise comprehensive care solutions.
• Provide education and support to patients and families, empowering them in their progress outside clinic walls.
• Occasionally assist with inpatient evaluations and interventions, ensuring seamless continuity of care throughout the treatment continuum.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation consistent with regulatory standards and institutional policies.
• Remain abreast of new developments in the field through continuous education and collaboration with peers.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), if not yet ASHA-certified.

Certifications

• Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Therapist.
• Preferred Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
