Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a counselor, you will work primarily with adult clients who present a wide array of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license in New York as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master’s or doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related disciplines.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build rapport with clients and collaborate with colleagues within a teamwork-oriented environment.

• Demonstrated compassion and a respectful approach towards supporting clients through their mental health journeys.

• Proven organizational and time-management abilities to efficiently handle a varied caseload and necessary paperwork.

• An unblemished record with the licensing board.
