Description – What You'll Do

• Execute routine and complex diagnostic tests across various disciplines including chemistry, hematology, and immunology, following established protocols with meticulous attention.
• Evaluate test results for precision, resolve discrepancies, and ensure lab equipment is properly calibrated and maintained.
• Support specimen collection efforts and prepare samples for subsequent analysis as needed.
• Thorough documentation of every procedure you perform, while also mentoring new staff and upholding our lab's high-quality standards.
• Keep a pristine, safe workspace and comply with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health qualification, alongside preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Achieve ASCP or AMT Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of employment.
• Maintain your certification throughout your tenure with us.
