Our facility encompasses 5,000 square feet of space designed for optimal patient engagement and treatment. Our team consists of a collaborative group of professionals, including two experienced physical therapists and a physical therapist assistant, all dedicated to providing compassionate patient care.

Work Environment

This full-time position requires on-site work at our vibrant rehabilitation center, where you will engage directly with patients in a conducive therapy environment. Your work schedule will be from Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. You will have the unique opportunity to work within a fitness-focused atmosphere that advocates for active rehabilitation and preventive care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' specific physical therapy needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Manage a focused patient load of one patient at a time, ensuring that each individual receives the tailored attention necessary for their recovery.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and rehabilitation techniques aimed at improving patients' mobility.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of treatments regularly, adjusting care plans based on patient progress and feedback.
• Utilize current evidence-based practices to foster improved health outcomes and support patients in understanding their treatment plans.
• Document all patient services provided accurately in our electronic medical records (EMR) system, specifically utilizing software such as WebPT for efficient patient management.
• Work collaboratively with fellow healthcare professionals to enhance multidisciplinary approaches to patient care.
• Encourage patient engagement through motivation and educational support, fostering a proactive mindset towards rehabilitation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with patients dealing with orthopedic issues, ranging from post-surgical recovery to chronic pain management. Our clientele includes individuals with a variety of conditions that require specialized treatment to regain their strength and function. By focusing on personalized care, you will help empower patients to take an active role in their recovery process.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent qualification is required.
• Active Physical Therapist license in California.
• A minimum of two years of experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is essential.
• Proven manual therapy skills and a solid foundation in therapeutic exercise design.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records software, particularly WebPT, is preferred.
• A history free of board actions or disciplinary measures against your professional license.

Experience working in a dynamic outpatient rehabilitation facility, particularly focused on orthopedic patients, will be greatly valued. Strong capabilities in customizing exercise programs that address individual patient conditions will set you apart. Compensation and Benefits

We are pleased to offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
