Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to develop individualized treatment plans that address their specific needs, particularly focusing on orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, exercises, and activities designed to improve strength, mobility, and overall function.
• Monitor and document patient progress throughout the treatment process, making adjustments to therapy protocols as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions and effective self-management strategies, fostering an understanding of the recovery process.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the facility to ensure comprehensive, coordinated patient care.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in physical therapy techniques and methodologies, actively participating in professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily serves patients with orthopedic conditions, ranging from postoperative rehabilitation to sports injuries. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field (a Doctor of Physical Therapy is preferred).
• Active Physical Therapy License in California.
• CPR Certification is preferred.
• Proven expertise in orthopedic rehabilitation practices.
• Prior clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting is beneficial.

• Certification in Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits
