Key Responsibilities

• Provide and facilitate tailored physical therapy sessions, engaging with patients to understand their specific needs and goals.
• Perform comprehensive assessments, focusing on patients' physical capabilities and limitations, to develop customized treatment plans.
• Execute therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities, aimed at rehabilitation and pain management.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic procedures, recovery protocols, and strategies for sustaining health post-treatment.
• Document patient progress meticulously in electronic health records (EHR) to monitor treatment efficacy and adjust plans when necessary.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other specialists to coordinate treatment efforts and patient care strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work closely with a diverse patient population, primarily focusing on individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active California license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
