Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health needs to tailor effective treatment plans.

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques that promote emotional and psychological well-being.

• Set collaborative therapeutic goals with clients and track their progress to ensure accountability and facilitate success.

• Provide teletherapy sessions to accommodate clients who may face mobility challenges or prefer virtual support.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical interventions and client interactions in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in regular staff meetings, group supervision, and one-on-one sessions with clinical supervisors to enhance personal development and clinical skills.

• Stay updated on emerging trends in mental health treatment and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will work with a diverse clientele, including couples, families, children, and adolescents facing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. We are particularly interested in practitioners who can effectively support clients from various backgrounds, including people of color and the LGBTQIA+ community.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
\n
• A current state-issued license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
\n
• At least 2 years of full-time counseling experience in a clinical setting.
\n
• Demonstrated experience working with diverse populations, including couples, children, and families.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing therapy to clients from various cultural backgrounds and those identifying as part of the LGBTQIA+ community.

• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and online clinical documentation systems.
\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges between USD 70,000 and USD 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
