Financial Analyst Apopka, FL | $ 32 - $35/hour | Full-Time | Onsite We're seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join a growing organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys analyzing data, improving processes, and partnering with leadership to drive strategic business decisions. Responsibilities: Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, efficiencies, and opportunities for business improvement. Assist with strategic initiatives, monthly reporting, budgeting, and ad hoc financial analysis. Reconcile financial records and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies. Calculate monthly management compensation across multiple locations and support annual compensation reviews. Help manage financial resources across multiple business locations to support operational and strategic needs. Develop and improve reporting processes to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency. Assist with project management for key business initiatives. Maintain organized financial documentation while handling confidential information with discretion. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or a related field preferred. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. Automotive dealership or franchise experience preferred.
