Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to assist clients in reducing stress and enhancing their overall emotional and mental well-being.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify clients' individual stressors, challenges, and therapeutic goals, creating tailored mindfulness strategies for their unique situations.

• Lead clients in mindfulness exercises and breathing techniques designed to promote self-awareness, emotional regulation, and stress management.

• Facilitate interactive group workshops focusing on mindfulness practices and resilience-building strategies, fostering a sense of community among participants.

• Integrate mindfulness techniques into individual therapy sessions to specifically address clients' mental health concerns while supporting their journey towards personal growth.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and therapists to create comprehensive treatment plans that incorporate mindfulness practices effectively.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of therapy sessions, client progress, and interventions in our electronic health record system to ensure continuity of care and compliance with telehealth regulations.

• Engage in regular, self-directed mindfulness practice and pursue ongoing professional development opportunities aimed at enhancing expertise in mindfulness methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including adults facing anxiety, depression, stress-related disorders, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Nevada.
