Talent Acquisition Manager - North America

Job Summary Interprets and implements HR policy and delivers high‑quality professional advice and support to senior stakeholders, either through managing a team and/or operating as a generalist or specialist in a specific HR discipline. What you’ll be doing Role is pivotal to our success, supporting the Corporate and Institutional Banking business to craft and deliver effective, high‑quality, value‑focused internal and external recruitment. The accountabilities include: Leading managers through the hiring journey and encouraging best practice. Acting as an ambassador for inclusive hiring, ensuring diversity. Understanding business needs to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies, building a warm bench and attracting high‑potential passive talent. Owning a portfolio of vacancies and being the subject matter expert in sourcing methodologies, leveraging advanced tools and techniques to identify and engage talent. Ensuring the business is well supported in processes and policies throughout the recruitment journey (sourcing, screening, interview, offer). What you’ll need Hands‑on recruitment experience, partnering with hiring managers and candidates through an end‑to‑end hiring journey. In‑depth understanding of the US market and experience of senior‑level positions in corporate or investment banking. Experience of direct sourcing and talent research methods using LinkedIn to identify talent for opportunities. Experience crafting great adverts that support inclusive hiring. Excellent communication skills and stakeholder‑management experience. Experience using the Workday system to support recruitment.
