About The Role: The Accounts Payable Clerkis responsible forreceiving, matching, and processing incoming invoices andmaintainingaccuraterecords on behalf of theAccountingdepartment. Reports To: Controller Essential Functions: Matchesinvoices to receiving reports Ensuresthat all monthly expense invoices are received prior to month end Codesand process invoices, ensuring accuracy proper approvals Resolvespayment discrepancies with vendors Processesdaily check runs Fileschecks and related backup Performsdata entry and administrative duties Requirements: At least 1 year of experience in an administrative position Typesapproximately 25-30words per minute 10-key by touch Reading, writing, and communication skills in English Education & Qualifications: 1 yearof experience in an Accounts Payable position is preferred Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Communication Skills Customer Service Skills Exceptional follow-up Supervisory Responsibility: None. This positionoperatesin a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers,tabletsand other office equipment.
