Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on thorough evaluations of patients' conditions, needs, and personal goals.
• Administer a variety of therapeutic interventions, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation, to enhance patient recovery.
• Continuously monitor patient progress and adjust treatment approaches as necessary, ensuring that interventions align with evolving patient goals.
• Educate patients and their families about home exercises, self-management strategies, and lifestyle modifications to help them maintain progress and prevent future injuries.
• Document all patient-related information, including evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes, in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide a comprehensive approach to patient care, discussing cross-disciplinary insights and strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient population, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, neurological incidents, chronic pain conditions, and sports injuries. Our goal is to support individuals of all ages in achieving their rehabilitation objectives, thereby restoring their independence and enhancing their quality of life. Expect to encounter a range of cases, from postoperative patients requiring post-acute rehabilitation to those managing long-term mobility issues.

Qualifications

• Active Florida State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, enabling effective collaboration with patients and team members.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in your approach to patient care.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and critical thinking skills to devise effective treatment plans based on patient data.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and the complexity of your caseload.
