Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting initial comprehensive psychosocial assessments of clients, including individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, and developing tailored treatment plans.

• Utilizing evidence-based clinical interventions, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to address patient needs and facilitate progress towards individualized service plans.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams through regular communication, providing updates on client assessments, treatment interventions, and overall care plans during meetings and documentation practices.

• Providing case management for assigned patients, involving consultation with community resources and professionals to ensure comprehensive support and care delivery.

• Maintaining high standards in the completion of documentation to ensure ethical and timely record-keeping that adheres to department guidelines.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
