Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Lightfull Mind, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals with co-occurring medical conditions and mental health issues. Many of our patients face complex challenges that require sensitivity, insight, and a commitment to integrated care. Your role will be pivotal in assessing, diagnosing, and developing effective therapeutic strategies for those navigating both mental health difficulties and physical health challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Psychoanalyst, Psychologist, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New York.

• Demonstrated experience in providing mental health services to patients with co-occurring medical conditions.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective rapport building with clients and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with electronic health records and telehealth systems.
\n
• Ability to uphold professional ethics, maintaining confidentiality while creating a safe environment for clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
