This full-time position offers a salary range of USD 70,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with attractive bonuses. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting thorough assessments and developing personalized treatment plans for clients based on their individual needs.

• Providing individual, couple, and family therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, ensuring a HIPAA-compliant environment.

• Utilizing evidenced-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, and EMDR to facilitate client healing and growth.

• Maintaining accurate documentation in electronic health record (EHR) systems and other required software platforms.
\n
• Engaging in regular supervision and team meetings to discuss treatment approaches and enhance therapeutic skills.

• Building rapport with clients, emphasizing culturally competent methods tailored to diverse backgrounds.

• Staying informed on current mental health trends and participating in continuing education opportunities.
\n
• Providing referrals to additional services as necessary, ensuring comprehensive support for clients.

• Willingness to serve as an in-network provider on at least one insurance panel for client financial accessibility.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a diverse clientele, including adolescents, adults, and families grappling with various life challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship issues, and cultural adjustment. Our therapists are equipped to handle cases that reflect the multitude of backgrounds and experiences within the Decatur area, allowing us to offer tailored support that respects each client's unique journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited program.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted LMFT license.
\n
• Bilingual proficiency in both Spanish and English, facilitating effective communication with a broader range of clients.

• A minimum of two years of documented experience in a mental health setting, specifically working with various age groups in behavioral health.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, encompassing both verbal and non-verbal communication, with an emphasis on empathy and understanding.

• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality according to HIPAA standards and state regulations.
\n
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team culture.

• Strong motivation for continuous learning and skill development, particularly in individual and group therapy modalities.

• A valid driver’s license and auto insurance, along with flexibility to work at least two evenings each week and one weekend day.

Preferred Experience\n

• Further training in specialized areas such as trauma, LGBTQ+ issues, grief and loss, or perinatal mental health is highly desirable.

• Experience with electronic health record systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
