Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to understand your clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy sessions utilizing effective evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement comprehensive and individualized treatment plans, setting specific therapeutic goals and interventions.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to client care and continuity of services.

• Provide crisis interventions and develop safety plans as needed to support clients in acute distress.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans, adhering to all ethical and legal standards of practice.
