Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients facing symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders through individual, group, and family therapy.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to meet team objectives, demonstrating effective communication and mutual respect.

• Conduct brief screenings and detailed assessments of clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to inform treatment plans.

• Create and implement integrated care plans that ensure comprehensive linkages to necessary services for clients and their families.

• Assure client safety by identifying and reporting unsafe situations while following appropriate procedures.

• Participate in crisis intervention, offering therapeutic support during critical moments.

• Monitor client progress through regular follow-ups, ensuring timely completion of documentation and data reporting.

• Engage in on-call coverage during and after program hours as needed, providing continuous support for your clients.

• Contribute to improving quality of agency services by participating in committees and strategic discussions.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
