Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couples, or family therapy using a telehealth platform that guarantees confidentiality and security.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand each client’s unique circumstances and develop customized treatment plans tailored to their needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

• Maintain punctual and precise documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in our EHR system to ensure continuity of care.

• Engage in regular virtual team meetings, case consultations, and professional development trainings to enhance your clinical skills and network with peers.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, fellow therapists, and support staff to provide comprehensive care and to enhance treatment outcomes for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be assisting clients grappling with mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. Our clients vary in age, background, and presenting issues, so you will have the opportunity to support a wide range of individuals. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) is essential for this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
