Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of students' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on these evaluations.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic methods to address various mental health challenges.

• Engage in regular collaboration with families, school personnel, and clinical care teams to monitor progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to foster resilience and coping skills in students.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress reports, in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.

Your primary focus will be on supporting students from diverse backgrounds who may be experiencing a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active LCSW license in the state of California.

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health or counseling role, preferably with a focus on children and adolescents.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
