Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide virtual educational support to students and their caregivers, facilitating mental health services that promote academic and personal growth.

• Act as the primary contact for students, caregivers, and educational professionals, ensuring all parties are well-informed and engaged in the treatment process.

• Assess the individual support needs of students, tailoring interactions to create a personalized and effective patient experience that aligns with each student's pathway to treatment.

• Educate students and families on program policies and clinical procedures, maintaining detailed documentation in the clinical chart for accuracy and accountability.

• Continuously update progress notes and other required documentation, ensuring the clinical chart reflects current patient status and necessary interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on students within the school system who are experiencing a variety of mental health challenges. This may include students with anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, or those adjusting to life transitions. You will work closely with families and educators to ensure comprehensive support that enhances the student's overall well-being and academic success.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is essential.

• Current licensure as a LCSW in the state of California.

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in counseling, with a preference for experience in educational or adolescent settings.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with students, families, and school staff.

• The ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, competitive environment, while maintaining professionalism and empathy.

• Proficient with technology, including advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working in a school-based environment or with youth populations is preferred, as is familiarity with pertinent regulations and policies regarding mental health services in educational settings. A strong understanding of telehealth practices and technologies will be beneficial as well.

Compensation and Benefits\n
