Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments that evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based interventions, such as cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused brief therapy, to promote client well-being.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring clients’ privacy and data integrity.

• Collaborate with a dedicated treatment team, including school personnel and other mental health professionals, to ensure a cohesive approach to care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, coping strategies, and available resources.

• Stay current with advancements in mental health research and treatments to incorporate progressive practices into your work.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid LCSW license in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
