Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations to assess client needs and identify appropriate treatment plans. This includes crisis intervention and follow-up care to monitor progress and address any emerging challenges.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions and group therapy sessions that may consist of psychoeducational and process groups, helping participants develop coping strategies and enhance their interpersonal skills.

• Coordinate effectively with Reentry Social Workers to create comprehensive discharge plans for clients transitioning from institutional settings, ensuring seamless access to necessary resources and services.
\n
• Engage with other institutional programs and the Department of Correction to ensure clients receive adequate housing, treatment options, and access to their support network.
\n
• Complete all documentation and statistical reports accurately and in a timely manner, contributing to the larger organizational metrics that gauge effectiveness in client care.

• Participate in weekly clinical supervision with the Clinical Supervisor, allowing for ongoing professional development, case consultations, and ensuring adherence to ethical standards.
\n
• Lead and develop targeted group treatment initiatives on mental health observation units or other specified areas as part of the clinical programming.

• May supervise or provide mentorship to social work interns and student volunteers, fostering the next generation of mental health professionals.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging between USD 80,000 and 122,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
