Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' trauma histories and formulate appropriate treatment strategies.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that emphasize trauma recovery and resilience-building.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate patient healing.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, providing patients with tools to process trauma and create effective coping strategies.
\n
• Collaborate extensively with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated patient care, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention support during trauma-related emergencies, acting swiftly to address patients' immediate needs.
\n
• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses and coping mechanisms, guiding them toward additional available resources.
\n
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation per legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
\n
• Engage in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development activities focused on trauma-informed care practices.

• Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in trauma therapy to enhance treatment efficacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will primarily include individuals experiencing trauma-related disorders, seeking compassionate guidance and effective therapeutic interventions. Our patient population is diverse, consisting of various demographics and backgrounds, which allows you to engage with a wide array of experiences and challenges. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMHC in the state of Washington is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
