Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients’ biopsychosocial needs to formulate and implement effective treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, family, couples, and group therapy sessions, serving as the primary or co-therapist as necessary.

• Work alongside the psychiatry team and other clinical professionals to ensure interdisciplinary collaboration in program planning.

• Provide case management support, ensuring continuity of care for patients while assisting with access to community resources.

• Collect required data and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and uphold the agency's policies and ethical standards.

• Engage in triage evaluations and crisis interventions when necessary, demonstrating strong clinical judgment and effective communication skills.

Qualifications\n

• Possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Hold an active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Texas (or be license-eligible).

• At least two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably in a clinical or healthcare setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical counseling standards is a must.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with patients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
