Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' symptoms and identify the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorders.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address mood disorders effectively.

• Monitor and track patient progress to ensure treatment efficacy, making adjustments as needed based on ongoing evaluations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will primarily work with individuals experiencing mood disorders such as major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related challenges. You will engage with a diverse range of clients, tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet their unique cultural, emotional, and psychological needs. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current active licensure in New York State as an LCSW, LCSW-R, LMHC, or LMFT.
