Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, strengths, and goals effectively.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic methods suited to each client’s unique situation.

• Facilitate ongoing therapy sessions to address a spectrum of mental health issues including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflicts, and major life transitions.

• Collaborate actively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure each client receives integrated and holistic care.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation, adhering to all ethical and legal standards to safeguard client information.

• Engage in regular supervision and attend team meetings to nurture professional development and stay abreast of the latest mental health practices.

• Participate in outreach and community education initiatives to enhance mental health awareness and improve accessibility of our services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our diverse client base includes individuals across all age groups, from children and adolescents to adults and families. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Social Worker (LCSW).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary for building rapport with clients and their families.

• Ability to work collaboratively with a team of health professionals to provide optimal care.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience working directly with individuals facing mental and behavioral health challenges, including those with co-occurring disorders.

• Experience providing individual and group therapy services, along with substance abuse treatment methodologies.

• Previous work with children, families, and couples to address relational dynamics and mental health issues.

• Familiarity with contemporary counseling practices and therapeutic techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Better Days Therapeutic Solutions offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
