Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify the mental health needs of students, utilizing data-driven methods to create individualized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to each student’s requirements, ensuring a personalized approach to care.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, tracking progress and modifying treatment plans as necessary.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance care delivery, contributing to case consultations and peer reviews to continuously refine therapy practices.

• Educate students and families about mental health resources, treatment options, and coping strategies to empower them in managing their conditions and enhancing familial support.

• Stay informed on the latest mental health research and practices to maintain a high standard of care, integrating new knowledge into your clinical methods effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary clientele will include elementary, middle, and high school students, along with their families. You'll be working to address a wide array of issues such as anxiety, depression, peer relationship challenges, and trauma recovery, helping to foster resilience and coping strategies in a supportive school environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, particularly in providing psychotherapy services in educational or community settings.

• Demonstrated knowledge of solution-based psychotherapy interventions and the ability to adapt strategies for diverse populations.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with students, families, and colleagues.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities and the capacity to think critically in high-pressure situations.

• Experience working as part of a team in a collaborative healthcare environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, complemented by performance-based incentives.
