Remote Account Manager

Ar Rouz & Langestraet LLC is an infrastructure and logistics firm manufacturing 100% compostable, single-use supply kits for high-end barbershops and beauty salons to eliminate laundry costs and State Board fine risks. We are seeking a highly detail-oriented, remote **Account Manager / Onboarding Specialist** to take immediate ownership of our long-term client retention pipeline.

You will not be responsible for cold sales or client acquisition. Your sole mandate is to receive warm, freshly signed corporate contracts from our field sales team, process accounts, manage long-term customer relationships, and coordinate automated product distribution.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

* **Contract Hand-Off Processing:** Receive signed B2B agreements, verify that upfront transaction fees have cleared, and deploy our pre-generated digital welcome packets from the Office of The Secretariat.
* **Quarterly Subscription Tracking:** Monitor the strict 90-day refill lifecycles of active salons and barbershops to trigger automated quarterly billing cycles seamlessly.
* **Logistics Coordination:** Coordinate with our local logistics operators to ensure fresh quarterly supply replenishment boxes are packed and dispatched accurately.
* **Station Capacity Audits:** Conduct routine digital check-ins with existing accounts to audit styling station counts, automatically applying our secondary contract rates for facilities scaling beyond three chairs.

REQUIREMENTS

* Flawless written communication skills and a highly structured, organized operational routine.
* Absolute reliability to execute account deployments on a strict Monday-to-Friday schedule.
* Prior experience in B2B customer success, client support, or logistics administration.
