This position is based in Arlington, Texas, with a remote work setting that allows for flexibility. As part of a Community Health Clinic, you will engage with a diverse population, applying your expertise to provide critical early intervention support. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to determine their needs and eligibility for services.
\n
• Actively participate in the development, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs).
\n
• Monitor and oversee the progress of children enrolled in our services, ensuring their developmental milestones are being met.
\n
• Engage with families to provide support, education, and resources to facilitate their child’s growth and development.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations while adhering to best practice standards in service delivery.
\n
• Foster relationships with children, families, and multidisciplinary team members to cultivate a supportive and inclusive environment.

• Employ evidence-based practices and adhere to the Natural Learning Environment Practices in developing strategies tailored to the familial context.

• Utilize a coaching approach to educate families within their natural environments, enhancing the opportunities for skill mastery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve infants and toddlers who experience disabilities or developmental delays. The role demands a deep understanding of early childhood development and the ability to tailor interventions that support physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills typically developed in the first three years of life. Your contributions will directly impact children's readiness for future learning and social integration.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) granted by the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver's license to facilitate travel for client meetings and assessments.

• Experience working directly with children in early intervention settings for a minimum of one year.

Preferred Experience\n
