Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in their homes, identifying strength, mobility, and functional limitations.

• Monitor patient progress closely, documenting treatments and responses accurately per established protocols.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required for this position.
• Valid state licensure in Physical Therapy.

Compensation and Benefits
