Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients are carefully prescreened to ensure they are stable and have low acuity needs, which allows for a constructive therapeutic space. You will work with clients from diverse backgrounds seeking support for various issues, including anxiety, stress management, relationship challenges, and personal development. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an independent state-issued license (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) is mandatory; provisional or limited licenses will not be considered.

• Demonstrated ability to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, along with sound judgment in making recommendations and treatment decisions.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a strong empathetic approach and the ability to connect with clients on a personal level.

• Proficient computer skills, comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
