Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy to address various mental health issues.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to facilitate client progress, closely monitoring outcomes and adjusting interventions as needed.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records using electronic medical records (EMR) systems, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Engage in collaborative case reviews with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and health coaches, to enhance the effectiveness of client care.

• Participate in regular supervision and peer consultations to foster professional development and discuss complex cases, promoting shared learning among colleagues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. Our clients come from various backgrounds, emphasizing the importance of cultural competence and sensitivity in your therapeutic approach. By understanding the unique experiences and challenges faced by each client, you will be positioned to provide tailored support that fosters healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid California licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, providing mental health counseling or therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
