The Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business DevelopmentManager to be onsite to join our team. In this role, your primary focuswill be on assisting the Senior Business Development Manager and Head ofCommercial in developing and implementing business strategies, signingnew customers, and nurturing existing client relationships for EVERY'sportfolio of egg protein solutions. Your strong relationship-buildingskills and ability to support the team's objectives will contribute todriving revenue growth and achieving our ambitious targets. Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with the Senior Business Development Manager andHead of Commercial to execute business development strategies andachieve revenue and growth targets. Support in identifying potential business opportunities, targetmarkets, and emerging industry trends through comprehensive marketresearch. Assist in developing and maintaining strong relationships withexisting clients and key stakeholders, ensuring high levels ofcustomer satisfaction and retention. Help prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals topotential clients and partners. Assist in negotiating and closing business deals, includingcontracts, partnerships, and other agreements. Support the team in developing innovative solutions and valuepropositions to meet customer needs and drive business growth. Help maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and track progressusing CRM software. Stay updated on industry developments, market conditions, andcompetitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing,and executive teams, to ensure alignment with company goals andobjectives. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, andconferences to build brand awareness and expand networks. Assist in Brand Collabs with customers. **What you bring:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or arelated field. Proven track record of at least 1 year in business development,sales, or related experience (experience with food preferred). Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to establishand maintain strategic partnerships and cultivate long-term clientrelationships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to support senior executives in businessdevelopment activities. Proficient in using CRM software and other business developmenttools. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently aswell as in a team environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Willingness to support travel requirements as needed. Individual pay within that range canvary for several reasons including skills/capabilities, experience, andavailable budget.
