Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate students’ mental health status, identifying strengths and needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to effectively address various mental health disorders.

• Collaborate effectively with educators, psychologists, and administrators to create individualized treatment plans that support academic and emotional wellbeing.

• Empower students and their families by helping them understand mental health diagnoses, treatment options, and the nuances of medication.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities designed to engage and facilitate healing.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate students’ goals, preferences, and feedback.

• Assist students in navigating the mental health system, advocating for their rights, and ensuring access to necessary resources.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and therapeutic groups focused on social-emotional learning and coping strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be students within the school system, ranging in age and exhibiting a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma. Your role is critical in promoting mental health awareness and providing immediate support to those in need. This environment requires you to be adaptable and culturally sensitive, understanding the diverse backgrounds of the student population.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 - 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
