Work Environment\nAs a fully remote workplace, the Youth Mental Advocate Counseling Center provides all clinicians with the tools necessary to deliver high-quality care via telehealth platforms. Therapists can manage their caseloads, which range from 10 to 30 billable hours per week, and enjoy a flexible schedule that accommodates both personal and professional commitments. We handle all administrative tasks, allowing our licensed clinicians to focus solely on what they do best—providing exceptional care to clients. Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations and provide comprehensive treatment plans for individuals, couples, and families facing a wide range of mental health challenges. \n
- Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of clients, including case management, crisis intervention, and psychoeducation. \n
- Implement short-term psychotherapy interventions that address various mental health disorders and dual diagnoses, contributing to improved client outcomes. \n
- Deliver therapy in diverse formats, including individual sessions, family therapy, and group therapy within Intensive Outpatient Programs. \n
- Liaise with licensed psychologists, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive and integrated care. \n
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. \n
- Engage in continuous clinical consultation and collaboration with interdisciplinary team members to refine treatment planning and support best practices. \n
- Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including training in new therapeutic modalities and approaches specific to mental health. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- A valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or a Doctorate in Psychology (Psy.D) to practice in Pennsylvania. \n
- A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work from an accredited institution. \n
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy services, with demonstrable proficiency in telehealth platforms and electronic health records. \n

- Experience in crisis intervention and management, as well as dual diagnosis treatment. \n
- Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others. \n
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. \n
We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 125,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
