Key Responsibilities\n

• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes to ensure compliance with state and national standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clientele at Sierra Vista consists of diverse individuals seeking assistance with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a related mental health field is required.

• Possession of one of the following independent licenses: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a therapeutic setting is required.

• Strong knowledge of record-keeping procedures related to clients’ charts and ensuring compliance with confidentiality regulations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
