Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients, with a focus on their specific mental health needs.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ strengths and areas for improvement.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for diverse populations, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards while ensuring timely and efficient reporting.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers, to provide holistic care to clients.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in workshops, training sessions, and peer supervision to stay updated on the latest mental health research and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with individuals and families facing various mental health challenges, particularly those with limited access to integrated healthcare services. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Kansas.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is necessary to apply.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary ranging between $70,000 and $90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
