Key Responsibilities\n

• Directly provide clinical support and therapeutic services to clients experiencing major mental illnesses or severe emotional disturbances, both remotely and in community settings.

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, demonstrating trustworthiness and a commitment to their well-being.

• Conduct thorough assessments, including brief, evidence-based screenings to guide treatment planning and interventions.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans in collaboration with clients, their families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive services and support.

• Deliver a wide range of mental health services focused on prevention, treatment, and recovery, including individual, group, and family therapy.

• Monitor client progress and maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and outcomes.

• Participate in crisis intervention as required, providing immediate support to clients in distress.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and maintain adherence to ethical guidelines set forth by the organization.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience.
